Our next Taste & Learn will be held on Saturday, May 27, from 4 to 6 p.m. I know it seems like I say this often, but this Taste & Learn will truly be our most exciting event yet!
We will feature the wine of Testamatta by Bibi Graetz from Tuscany. Bibi was at Ferraro’s for lunch just last week and insisted on pouring his top wine as a bonus. At our May 27 event, he will pour the Testamatta himself—which in itself is absolutely incredible! The bonus wine will be Colore, a blend of Sangiovese, Colorino, and Canaiolo and retails for $1000 a bottle! Yes, I believe he lost his marbles. But to know Bibi that is who he is—a generous and delightful man.
