Now in its 33rd year in Las Vegas, Ferraro’s welcomes everyone for a Thanksgiving feast on November 22nd from 1pm – 9pm.
Our award-winning Executive Chef Francesco DiCaudo has prepared a traditional Thanksgiving menu accented with seasonal Italian dishes for $49.95 per adult, $16.95 per child. The menu includes a choice of starter, a savory chocolate pasta dish, roasted turkey accompanied by a selection of autumn vegetable dishes and a choice of dessert.

Burrata – Soft Apulia cheese, butternut squash, pepita seed, hazelnut dressing
Mista – Mixed spring salad, cherry tomato, dried cranberry, pistachio, sunflower seed, shaved carrot, parmigiano Reggiano, 4foglie balsamic
Zuppa di Fungi e Porri – Mushroom and leek soup

Chocolate Tagliatelle – Butternut squash, seasonal mushrooms, parmigiano Reggiano, sage
Main Course
Tacchino della Tradizionale – Slow-roasted Diestel Farm whole turkey, served with orange-cranberry chutney, Romano and yellow-bean salad, sausage-fig stuffing, truffle-mashed potato, Brussels sprouts with onion and pancetta.
