Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant and Wine Bar will host their popular monthly wine tasting event, “Taste & Learn,” on Nov. 21 from 4 to 6 p.m. Guests at these monthly wine-and-food pairing events enjoy tasting pours of four wines, each accompanied by an authentic Italian small plate.
November’s event features the highly regarded wines of Pio Cesare winery. - Barbera d’Alba, Pio Cesare, paired with in house-made ricotta and seasonal vegetables
- Barbaresco DOCG, Pio Cesare, paired with vitello tonnato – chilled veal loin topped with tuna mayonnaise spread
- Barolo DOCG, Pio Cesare, accompanied by cappellacci di bue brasato – ravioli filled with beef short rib, celery and parmigiano reggiano
