This summer, Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar offers a way to travel the flavors of Italy without leaving Las Vegas with its Summer Regional Menu Series, a changing rotation of prix fixe menus inspired by Italy’s most renowned culinary regions. Each four-course menu is offered for a superb summertime value of $49 per person; wines selected to complement each menu are offered at special prices as well.
The next Summer Regional Menu spotlights Apulia and launches July 12 and will be featured through July 25. Apulia (also known as Puglia), situated in Southern Italy features expansive farmland for grains, wine grapes and olives, as well as wide-open, rolling plains perfect for grazing animals. Lamb is popular on Apulian menus, as is seafood—especially shellfish such as mussels and oysters. Commonly eaten vegetables in Apulia include fava beans, artichokes and a variety of greens.
