FERRARO’S ANNOUNCES SPECIAL LAS VEGAS RESTAURANT WEEK MENU BENEFITING THREE SQUARE FOOD BANK
Ferraro’s invites guests to order its special Las Vegas Restaurant Week menu from June 6 to 17. Available for dine-in, the menu is available for $80 per person with a portion of proceeds benefiting Three Square Food Bank.
The menu includes:

Mixed spring salad, cherry tomatoes, dried cranberries, pistachios, sunflower seeds, shaved carrots, Parmigiano Reggiano, 4 Foglie Balsamic

- Rigatoni al Pistachio Pesto
Homemade potato dumpling, pistachio and basil pesto, Mortadella, Parmigiano Reggiano

8-ounce Butcher’s Block prime filet, Porcini demi reduction, spinach, potato purée
