Buon Giorno a Tutti,
Mark your calendars: our next “Taste & Learn” will take place on Saturday, July 25 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
We are honored to feature Mastroberardino wines from the Campania region. Established in the 1750s, Mastroberardino Winery represents 10 generations of wine making! In addition, the Italian government appointed the winery to reintroduce vine growing in the ancient city of Pompei, thus making Mastroberardino the most important winery in the Campania regions.
Here’s a peek at the pairings menu you can expect:
- Chilled Pea Soup with spicy guanciale and crumble sprout
Greco di Tufo - Scalded Fresh Prawns with white peach broth and walnuts
Fiano di’Avellino - Braised Lamb Ravioli with black pepper and truffle sauce
Aglianico IGT - Seared Duck Breast with cinnamon mint, spicy pear marmalade
Taurasi Radici DOCG
I would like to thank those of you who participated at the last “Taste & Learn.” With nearly 100 guests, it was our largest one to date. Due to its growing popularity, the July 25 event will have space for 50 guests. We feel a cozy setting is best. Please make your reservations early before space runs out.
Please call 702.364.5300 for more information.
Looking forward to seeing you! Grazie! Arriverderci!
