Ferraro’s Ristorante invites guests to an exclusive wine dinner featuring renowned Northern Italian winemaker Michele Chiarlo on Wednesday, Nov. 13 at 6 p.m. Wine enthusiasts are invited to experience an extraordinary evening celebrating Chiarlo’s prestigious collection, paired perfectly with a curated multi-course menu from executive chef Mimmo Ferraro.

Michele Chiarlo is a legendary name in the world of Italian winemaking, renowned for crafting some of Piedmont’s most esteemed wines. Founded in 1956, the family-owned winery has earned global acclaim for its dedication to producing high-quality wines that reflect the unique terroir of the Langhe, Monferrato and Gavi regions.

The dinner will begin with a tasting of Gavi Le Marne, a brilliant white wine with aromas of white flowers, citrus and green apple, complemented by hints of almonds. Next, guests will be served Barbaresco Reyna,which reveals delicate notes of red berries, violet and rose petals, accompanied by nuances of earth and sweet spice. The third wine of the evening will be Barolo Tortoniano, a refined red offering distinctive hints of cherry, leather and dried herbs, with undertones of licorice and cedar. The final wine guests will savor will be Barolo Cannubi, a powerful yet balanced red with complex aromas of black cherry, tobacco, truffle and mocha.
