Las Vegas! One of our absolute favorite events of the year is almost upon us! Every Fall, we indulge in one of the season’s most anticipated dining experiences featuring Italian white truffles!
Join us for an exclusive wine-pairing dinner at Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar taking place on Thursday, Nov 19th, at 6:00 pm. The night will feature carefully selected wines from our most revered Italian wineries paired with authentic and exquisite Italian fare prepared by Chef Francesco DiCaudo.
The menu for the dinner will include four premier wine selections each paired with a specific dish incorporating the decadent white truffle:

Italian white truffles are widely regarded as the most exquisite of all truffles. Their season runs typically from late October to late December. Truffles grow in the wild, where they enjoy a symbiotic relationship with mature oak, beech, and hazelnut trees, from which they draw carbohydrates while growing underground. For this reason, truffles cannot be cultivated. That fact, together with their unmistakable rich and umami-filled flavor, makes truffles a universally rare and sought-after ingredient.

The health and safety of Ferraro’s customers remains paramount. In accordance with guidelines set forth by public health agencies, Ferraro’s has enhanced all cleaning processes throughout the day and stepped up nightly sanitization processes. Ferraro’s also mandates employees to always wear plastic gloves and face coverings to maintain a clean and virus-free environment. As an additional measure, Ferraro’s offers hand sanitizer stations located in multiple areas of the venue for our guests to access easily.
