LAS VEGAS (April 2018) – Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar introduces a bevy of new dishes to its dinner menu, each of which makes the most of spring’s best seasonal flavors. In addition to these new à la carte dishes, Ferraro’s Chef Francesco DiCaudo has created a tasting menu featuring five courses for $85. Wine pairings may be added for $50, while owner and Italian wine connoisseur Gino Ferraro’s premium Italian wine pairings may be enjoyed for an additional $75.

Small pocket beefsteak tomato fondue ravioli, eggplant, smoked provola cheese guazzetto
Risotto Verde
Acquerello risotto, crescenza cheese, garden vegetables
Petto di Pollo
All-natural chicken breast, brown butter-roasted parsnip, dandelion greens, ‘Nduja sauce
Branzino
Grilled Mediterranean Sea bass, fennel, guanciale-pickled mussels, slowly roasted marinated tomato
