At Ferraro’s Las Vegas, we aim to be your premier choice when you’re looking for Italian fine dining. Our delicious Italian food will have you coming back for more, whether you’re here for a romantic dinner or a few drinks during happy hour. While we may be more known for our traditional Italian cuisine or our wine menu, we’d be remiss if we didn’t mention our mouth-watering desserts as well. For those of you with a bit of a sweet tooth, we’d like to recommend some of our favorite Italian desserts.
Tiramisu
Tiramisu is a Ferraro’s favorite and one of the most popular Italian desserts. It’s a cake-shaped, custard dessert made of ladyfingers (biscuits), Mascarpone cheese, and espresso. Tiramisu actually means “pick/cheer me up” in Italian and after trying one of these, it’s certain to do that to you!
Crepes
Crepes are thin pastries made from wheat flour that can include a variety of different fillings. They’re commonly eaten at all meals and times of the day – breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even for dessert. Our specialty dessert crepes are made of Nutella, Mascarpone cheese, a hint of orange zest, and gelato.
Cioccolatissimo
For our chocolate lovers, we’ve gone all out for this one. Our cioccolatissimo includes a hazelnut chocolate cake, chocolate mousse, bacio ice cream, and yogurt. You’ll feel like you’ve died and gone to chocolate heaven!
Italian Sorbeto
If you’re looking for something less on the chocolate side and something that’s fruitier, we think our Italian sorbeto will do the trick. Sorbetos are frozen desserts that are primarily made out of fruit juice, sugar, and water. At Ferraro’s Las Vegas, we offer raspberry, lemon, and strawberry sorbetos.
Italian Gelato
Last, but certainly not least, is a common favorite for many. Gelato is Italian for ice cream and we offer several different flavors of it in our restaurant. Our flavors of gelato include vanilla, pistachio, bacio, and cassata.
