The restaurant will be open 4 to 10 p.m. on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and will also serve its regular dinner menu.
LAS VEGAS (December 2016) – Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar will be open for dinner on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Night this year, allowing guests to select from either the regular dinner menu or opt for an elegant, prix-fixe Christmas feast.
The special prix-fixe menu costs $75 per person and includes:
Appetizer (choose one):
- Polipo alla Siciliana
Marinated grilled octopus, black olives, potatoes and capers
- Budino di Formaggio
Pecorino cheese flan, squash blossom and truffle sabayon
- Insalata Cappuccina
Butter lettuce, sliced almonds and gorgonzola cheese dressing
Pasta Course (choose one):
- Spaghetti Aragosta
Spaghetti and lobster sauce
- Raviolini del Plin
Small-pocket veal ravioli served with a parmigiano cheese reduction
- Pappardelle al Tartufo d’Alba
Long, wide pasta served with butter and sage sauce and fresh white truffle ($50 supplemental charge)

- Scamone di Vitello
Seared veal tenderloin with hen-of-the-wood mushroom and spinach
- Branzino Cileno
Chilean sea bass with cardoons and cherry tomato sauce

Budino al Panettone
Panettone pudding with Nutella and vanilla ice cream
Ferraro’s will serve dinner from 4 – 10 p.m. on Christmas Eve, Saturday, Dec. 24, and Christmas Day, Saturday, Dec. 25. Reservations are recommended.
