Ferraro’s offers two four-course Thanksgiving menus this holiday:
Traditional Turkey Menu:
Choice of Appetizer
- Insalata Autunnale (spinach, mixed grains, pear, dried fruit, Gorgonzola and toasted walnuts with pancetta-pomegranate dressing)
- Zuppa di Zucca (butternut squash soup with brown butter, sage espuma and pumpkin seeds)
Pasta
- Gnocchi di Patate Americane (homemade sweet potato gnocchi with wild forest mushrooms and Gorgonzola cheese sauce)
Entree
- Roasted turkey breast with cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, haricot vert sausage stuffing and truffle gravy

- Osso Buco (veal shank simmered in red-wine reduction served with farro)
- Pollo Marsalese (free-range chicken breast with farro, forest mushrooms, marsala sauce
- Filetto di Manzo (beef tenderloin with royal trumpet mushrooms, salsify and black garlic)
- Salmone (skin-on organic Scottish salmon, garden vegetables and bagna cauda crema and a herb emulsion)
- Branzino (grilled Mediterranean sea bass, porcini mushrooms, sweet potato and fig jus)

Ferraro’s Traditional Turkey menu is $39.95 for adults and $14.95 for children under 12. Ferraro’s Traditional Italian menu is $59.95 for adults. Both menus will be served 1 p.m. – 9 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day.
