Guests will indulge in a four-course meal expertly paired with the renowned wines of Michele Chiarlo. Executive Chef Mimmo Ferraro has thoughtfully crafted each dish to highlight the rich, seasonal flavors of autumn. Each course has been paired with a distinctive wine from Michele Chiarlo, a prestigious winery known for producing exceptional Italian wines. From the citrus-infused Risotto Limone with Skull Island prawn to the luxurious Tajarin al Porcini e Tartufo Bianco, each bite and sip is designed to offer a perfect harmony of flavors.

Our restaurant is located in the Paradise Esplanade across from the Virgin Hotel on Paradise & Harmon. Parking is available in the front lot.
