While we can hardly believe it, Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar is celebrating its 34th anniversary this November. We’re proud to be one of Las Vegas’ most long-standing, fine-dining restaurants, and we couldn’t have done it without your patronage over the years.
The Ferraro family invites you to celebrate this momentous occasion with them over two weekends featuring special menus. On Nov. 8 – 10 and Nov. 15 – 17, guests will enjoy a prix-fixe menu highlighting many of Ferraro’s favorite dishes for an outstanding $34.34 per person.
Guests may choose their appetizer (perhaps Calamari Fritti or Carpaccio di Manzo) and main course (selections include Spaghetti Aglio Olio and Pici Toscano—wild boar ragù). Plus, all diners receive a tempting “dolci” platter—a sampling of Ferraro’s famously indulgent desserts. The menu for only two short weekends is as follows:

Salsiccia Calabrese e Rapini – Grilled house-made spicy sausage, broccoli rabe
Calamari Fritti – Fried baby squid, spicy Pomodoro sauce
Ferraro’s Salad – Mix salad, cherry tomato, mix seed and nuts, shaved carrots, Parmigiano Reggiano, 4 foglie balsamico
Affettati e Formaggi “$3 upcharge” – Imported Italian cold cut, cheeses, olive, vegetables
Pasta e Fagioli soup
Mimmo Salad – tomatoes, avocado, red onion, fresh mozzarella
Polipo “$3 upcharge” – Grilled Mediterranean Octopus, potato, black olives, fried capers
Carpaccio di Manzo – Sliced prime sirloin, arugula, Parmigiano, truffle oil
CHOICE OF MAIN COURSE
Spaghetti Aglio e Olio – Whole roasted garlic, Calabrese pepper, Parmigiano Reggiano, extra virgin olive oil
Fettuccine Bolognese – Pasta tube, traditional Emilia-Romagna sauce
Bucatini Corti all’Amatriciana – Pancetta, guanciale, onions, calabrese pepper, tomato, pecorino cheese
Pici Toscani – Hand-rolled thick spaghetti, wild boar ragù as Tuscans demand “no tomato”
Risotto Aragosta “$8 upcharge” – Acquarello risotto, lobster, seasonal black truffle, mascarpone cheese
Trippa Satriano – Tripe in a spicy tomato sauce
Saltimbocca – Veal scaloppini, sage, prosciutto, white wine sauce, sautéed spinach
Salmone – Grilled Scottish salmon, roasted root vegetables, salsa verde
Ossobuco “$12 upcharge” – Veal shank simmered in a Barolo veal sauce served with farro
Brasato “$5 upcharge” – Braised short ribs, butternut squash puree, semolina gnocchi, oyster mushroom, caciocavallo cheese sauce
Branzino – Seared Mediterranean Sea bass, sweet potato, spinach, mission fig-guanciale jus
Filetto – Grilled 6oz beef tenderloin, forest mushrooms, crushed potato, oxtail reduction
